Small madeleines with beautiful pesto, delicious Champagne. I highly recommend!!

"This place is a great gem amongst the hustle of restaurants. A lovely couple serve and cook all the meals from fresh local produce. With only 7 tables in the restaurant you should book but this place feels like home and let's you experience truly great food from Troyes. My boyfriend and I loved it!! Will be back!"

"Forget the tourist traps in town and walk 10/15 minutes from the centre to this charming brasserie set in an old mansion. Young and enthusiastic staff who speak better English than I do French. Delicious home-made food. Large terrace with slatted sun shade so you can eat outside in the garden if the weather is kind. Only quibble is that wine by the glass is expensive at 5+ € per 100cl and served in ridiculously small tasting glasses. Mainly frequented by the locals which says it all."
