"Fall on by chance, but very well fallen! Small Italian cuisine restaurant with very sought after decoration. Open kitchen. Tenants, very friendly young people, listening and giving advice, whether for the choice of dishes, but also as in our case, for the visits to Troyes. Rather advised for couples or some friends, because not very large. We went there a Thursday without reservation... still playable, but for a weekend day, I think it’s more sensible to book. In short, super well prepared dishes, of quality with fresh products. Get your eyes closed."

"By drinking a glass in the center of troyes, we heard the table next to talk about it in praiseworthy terms and so we went to see. and what happiness! fresh products, finely cooked in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. impeccable service with a touch of humor that doesn't ruin anything. "Forget the tourist traps in town and walk 10/15 minutes from the centre to this charming brasserie set in an old mansion. Young and enthusiastic staff who speak better English than I do French. Delicious home-made food. Large terrace with slatted sun shade so you can eat outside in the garden if the weather is kind. Only quibble is that wine by the glass is expensive at 5+ € per 100cl and served in ridiculously small tasting glasses. Mainly frequented by the locals which says it all."
