L'Escale - Troyes

It's a very beautiful touristy town but we found this restaurant with a most helpful and amusing Waitress. Chicken Supreme and Veal , large wine and a beer. Nice bread and amuse bouche of tapenade. About 54 euros service compris. Not at all bad in these parts. Asked for butter, pas de probleme. Would return. A definite cut above the St Jean.

Maybe the best troye kebab? I've been around and that's the one who took my attention. little known then if you are looking for a kebab or dishes that change like naan cheeses then go there it is frankly very good.

A troyes we don't usually have kebabs coming out of the ordinary. The manager we learn to know quickly, because very nice and accessible, decided to make troyes enjoy a new kind of kebab: the cheese Naan.His products are always fresh and the cheeses naans are homemade and it feels.
