"A beautiful discovery in a mythical street of Troyes in the city center. The kitchen is home with fresh and seasonal products. Two entries, two dishes and cheeses or desserts. "Fall on by chance, but very well fallen! Small Italian cuisine restaurant with very sought after decoration. Open kitchen. Tenants, very friendly young people, listening and giving advice, whether for the choice of dishes, but also as in our case, for the visits to Troyes. Rather advised for couples or some friends, because not very large. We went there a Thursday without reservation... still playable, but for a weekend day, I think it’s more sensible to book. In short, super well prepared dishes, of quality with fresh products. Get your eyes closed."

"Forget the tourist traps in town and walk 10/15 minutes from the centre to this charming brasserie set in an old mansion. Young and enthusiastic staff who speak better English than I do French. Delicious home-made food. Large terrace with slatted sun shade so you can eat outside in the garden if the weather is kind. Only quibble is that wine by the glass is expensive at 5+ € per 100cl and served in ridiculously small tasting glasses. Mainly frequented by the locals which says it all."

"An excellent welcome (1/2 hour before the official opening hour), a huge and (too) tempting choice, very fresh products, just sublime dessert. In short, a delicious, hearty cuisine and delicious wine. We will certainly return to this city which is paired with ours (tournai) and we will not fail to stop again in Lebanon."
