There was someone who could speak English. Overall, it was delicious. I especially liked the square bread.
An amazing pastries shop ! Their bread is soooo tasty especially the one with the seeds.
Good value and enough on the breakfast deal to take some away for lunch in a box. A bit out of the center of Troyes but worth the 10 minutes or so walk .
