"Great service, good food. The participants did not arrive at the same time. 2-3 minutes between each serving, until our party of four was with complete ducks on the table. Halfway through our dinner, a birthday party was set up and they began to radiate music super loud. I spoke to our server, but neither they nor management solved the situation. We ate our excellent dishes calmly, as a conversation was no longer possible."

"Wonderful experience, we enjoyed it so much, we went twice while visiting Puerto Rico. The empanadas were the best we've ever had, great taste and flaky crust. The Cuban sandwich was very good and also the mofongo I had the chicken mofongo and my husband had the skirt steak mofongo. The tres leches cake was amazing. I highly recommend"

"My partner and I had a reservation for 8:30 PM. We arrived and immediately noticed the hostess let in a party without reservation. She checked us in and sent us to the top floor to be seated, only to find out two parties were waiting, and someone that looked like a manager or supervisor told us it was going to be 15 minutes. We stayed in the bar, and it was 9:00 pm, and a server gave our table away to another party who had just arrived. We called him out, and he sat us. For 35 minutes, we sat at a table overlooking Rubencafe, and not a single person went to our table or greeted us or offered us water. Servers were going to all the other tables to deliver their food and drinks, and we sat there for 35 minutes. We got up and left, and when I went downstairs, I spoke to a woman who said there wasn’t a manager and that they didn’t do anything for us. Even the people upstairs and downstairs said, ‘thank you for dining with us.’ I don’t recommend this ‘high price’ restaurant because service clearly isn’t their forte."
