"We ordered the special seafood curry special, shrimp mussels and scallops done to perfection not over cooked, the curry was delicious not too spicy, just perfect. Our waitress Jeanne checked on us repeatedly...highly recommend!"

"When there at 730 she asked if I wanted to place order . I said yes can I see a menu . got menu told her I was going to ask woman what she wanted and came back in and she said wasn't taking orders they were closed at 735 pm and she laughed at me not the service I was Use to since they opened their since I've bin local east hants for over 30 y"

"It’s always a pleasure to stop and rest, grab a bite and use washroom and shop. You are always a place when I need you the most. I’m tire or hungry. Today was no exception. "So sorry for the delay in posting this review. Our daughter came home for Christmas for the first time in 10 years! Wanting to spend as much time together as possible before her and her husband flew back to Ontario, we decided to go to The Big Stop for a late lunch/early supper before dropping them off at the airport. . I called the manager, Jenny, to inform her that we would be coming. Since we were 8 people we wanted to give them a heads up. When we entered we were shown to a table that was distanced from the next and felt very safe. We had a lovely time together. Our server, was extremely efficient and the food was excellent. Four of us ordered breakfast and four the fish and chips. We had a wonderful last supper together and wish to thank all the staff at the Big Stop for making this happen and helping us make some special memories. We will definitely be back."
