Taco Shop - Tucson

One of the most underrated taco stops around U of A. Portions are large and the enchiladas taste great. They're also open 24 hours, perfect for when your late nights are rapidly turning into early mornings. I'm pretty sure every combo plate is infused with hangover neutralizing magic.

So, it’s 10 AM and I’m past the breakfast stage in my mind and I pass The Taco Shop on Broadway. My brain eeks out, “never too early for tacos.” Quick u-turn and I’m ordering a taco and enchilada plate. After grabbing many salsas and pickled spicy carrots, I go to sit outside, because it’s only 94 degrees (I’m being serious! and within minutes my food is delivered. Wow! Fantastic! Tasty and delicious and friendly staff! Highly recommend, A+ rating from all 3 credit bureaus, endorsed by Ghandi AND Molly Ringwald. I cannot confirm the previous two endorsements, but, I LOVED IT!!

Super fast, super good, great price point and more options than you’d expect.

I suppose this would be considered a “hole-in-the-wall.” With that, you do get good food in a cheap and easy manner. I got a plain bean burrito, and I do think the tortilla is some of the best around. The other really nice thing was that even the burrito only had beans, I felt that it was big enough to be split into two meals

Excellent food, very generous portions and you'll be very satisfied with their wide variety. Definitely much better than the average del taco type of restaurants. You will certainly taste the difference. My personal favorite are the super nachos, keep coming back for some of those every time, they are DELICIOUS!!!
