Chef’s special salad of the night was light and tasty. Chef’s ribeye special was very fatty but flavorful. Mashed potatoes that accompanied the steak were perfect. "Super slow service, we called ahead and asked for a large table to seat 6 adults and a newborn. They crammed us into a regular booth. We obviously didn't all fit and had to ask to be moved to a larger sitting area. They took us to the back and proceeded to cram us into another booth the exact same size. We had to ask to have a table pulled over with additional chairs in order to fit us all. The never brought a high chair for the infant seat. After placing our order it took them an hour to get us our main entrees thank goodness we ordered appetizers. We also had to ask for bread. When we finally got our meals they brought out all but one. We had ask about where that meal was. They also messed up some of the sides. However they did keep our drinks refilled."

"Inca apos;s is my favorite restaurant in Tucson. If you want a unique delicious meal try the lomo, pollo, or shrimp saltados (spicy- if you like spicy food- but you can get them non spicy, too). These three dishes are terrific, but nothing I apos;ve eaten at this restaurant has disappointed me. The seafood dishes are also top notch, the crema volteado dessert is a perfect ending to any meal, and the salads are especially tasty.
