"Great service, good food, looks good, served hot and tasty. The dining area is not cramped, has a few flat screens with sport and a small play area (3 claw machines at best) and bathrooms are clean. NOTE: No filters on pictures, only angle and sunlight changes. The best commercial pizza I had in Tulare for a long time. Very recommended."

"Placed an order online through their website and the website double charged me. Called blaze pizza to inform them of the issue and they said they will cancel the second order and give me a call back once it was fixed. I go in there to pick up my ordersince I never got a call back and the employee I was speaking to claimed that a doordash person picked up my order. I let herknow I didn't order it through doordash, I ordered off the website. I even showed her my order that was placed and the doublecharges. She basically said there's nothing she can do for me when I asked how can we fix the issue since my order wasn't in thesystem and she can't make it for me. She had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care to try and correct a mistake. Never eatingfrom this specific blaze pizza ever again."

"This place has really gone downhill, badly. Stay away from here unless you want to spend almost 40 minutes in their non moving drive thru line. It was 20 minutes before my order was even taken, and when I finally had my order taken the girl on the speaker was rude and literally cut me off with the total in the middle of me trying to order!!! I told her I was not done ordering and she repeated the total to me and told me to pull up to the window!! Every car in the drive thru line had to wait at least 20-30 minutes from the time they ordered to the time they finally received their order. This is completely ridiculous! What's the point of a fast food drive thru if you gotta wait longer than you would at a sit down restaurant. And nope, I'm not being a Karen, I've been in the food service industry for 15 years and I am a manager. This is completely unacceptable service and attitude at this place."

"I came into Tulare to work and I found this delicious restaurant! The food is delicious! I ordered a carne asada burrito, well I was surprised at how good the burrito tasted! I have to give 5 stars the food is the best Mexican food I have tasted In Tulare CA. The restaurant is clean and the customer service is outstanding! Try this place ! Fresh and cooked to perfection!"

"We had 8 adults and ordered 3 different pizzas and all of them were really good, flavors were great. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is it took almost an hour to get our pizza and the staff was not very informative of what was taking place and not very apologetic about the wait. All of us agreed we would come back because the pizza was that good. I have been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for decades, this is for the staff; just inform the guests of what is going on and maybe offer some drinks or something complementary just to say thank you for your patience."
