What Kevin B likes about Arby's:
Tried the new Diablo chicken sandwich. The guy at the counter said he eats one every day. Well it was way too spicy. Wow. Went back and he apologized profusely. I ordered a new sandwich and he gave me a discount. I really appreciated the gesture and his friendly personality. I would come back just because of the kindness and service. What Matt H doesn't like about Arby's:
TOTAL FAIL!!! Why is your lobby closed when every other restaurant on Grand can manage to get the job done??? WE ARE SICK OF EATING IN THE CAR!!!! It shows that management and ownership can't/won't do what it takes to staff the store properly. Shameful. View all feedback.
