"Food was bad. Service was HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING AND RUDE KITCHEN STAFF. Not a great place to have food at. 1. Staff is very rude when complained about sour palak paneer (probably due to cream), under cooked lamb, undercooked peas, sour mango lassi, burned veg pakora they said next time food will be better. On requesting if they can cook it again for us, they rudely declined. This is tourist place where we will not come again. 2. Ambiance was not welcoming. When we complained to the chef and manager they were more interested in cutting the talk about the food and doing small talk about where we are from. Bathrooms, sitting area as unclean and unhygienic. Unfortunately there aren't any other Indian food options on Big Island otherwise their business would have shutdown already. Their other branch in Kona has really good food. Probably the kitchen staff including the cook are good people who know their job and are good reasonable human beings. "Great place. We ordered in the takeout window and the service was phenomenal. I have the Teriyaki chicken and baked shrimp combination plate. Unbelievable food and much of it at the price! I highly recommend it."

"We have the vegan jackfruit tacos with the spicy mango sauce and they were excellent! 100% vegan and the spicy mango sauce comes on the side, so they can pour on how much they like! even if they don't like spicy things, it's worth trying! it was delicious! tacos served on a maistortilla each. server were very friendly, and the caffe was clean, inviting environment! overall I loved for a vegan in hawaii the vibe! supplement: dish comes with 3 tacos, but they were so delicious I ate one before a picture! updated by the previous review on 2022-07-05"

"Came here the day before to find a 30mins wait so we ventured elsewhere. Returned the following day and boy thank god we did. Came just as it opened and was able to get us a seat with no problem. Once we sat down we ordered our breakfast... 2 volcano omelette's and a local pork hash with sunny side up eggs. Oh and did we say this came with a side order of pancakes. All I need to say is look at the photo. But wait we saw they had an ube milkshake. Boy was that something to take this over the top. Truly amazing... would love to come again soon."
