That's the closet I have in a real Jersey base in Alaska. I had the bossio (standard Italian) that they had the salad with the oil and vinegar and the spices were on site. They also had the slightly roasted, could be slightly grown bread that I grew up so sweet in Jersey. Good, surprisingly fast service. Restaurant sits in what looks like a gravel pit parking, but if you walk in the door, it is clean and welcoming in the way a local fast food place can be.
