Outstanding in all respects excellent and wide ranging menu, only natural Swiss food restaurant in Interlaken, service very attentive and pleasant, food top class and wines and spirits very good value. What Victorianlad doesn't like about Bären:
The mid 30s girl and the man serving us were pleasant. As smoke wafted in from smokers outside, we reflected on how a half serve of a very basic schnitzel could cost CHF19 and how the thin cheese laughingly served with two small pieces of brown bread could be so inadequate. Shocking value for money. Another example of how expensive Switzerland is. No wonder group tourism has crashed! View all feedback.
