This is a small pub where all the locals seem to be. We were welcomed by a warm roaring fire. This place has lots of real country charm. The food was yummy and fresh with a decent serve presented. The kids were so happy with their meals too. The sticky date pudding was perfect for a winters night. A meal for a family of four that didn't break the bank but filled our bellies. What User doesn't like about Buxton Hotel Bistro:
Two of us had the pensioners meal....schnitzel and chips, the other two chose from the a la carte menu. I had stuffed chicken breast on a bed of mash with some veggies. Not bad at all. Nice comfy pub feel to the place and our meals were good without being spectacular. Wine was reasonably priced. View all feedback.

Great pub, friendly staff and customers we had an awesome time we visited a few times over the long weekend for the grand final and can't wait to visit again......

"Stopped in on the Sunday of the June long weekend around 1pm the place was busy, ordered food arrived quickly and was some of the best "cheese bread" we have had in recent time's. Only a quick stop and a small order but impressed with the venue, service, prices and food we ordered, Definatley recommend. We enjoyed the sun on the Veranda out front, great spot"

"Came here tonight with 4 other guests and all of us we're impressed by the wonderful service and even better food from Elevation 423. Being a Thursday night, they have a Parma special for $25 with a variety of Parma's served with chips and salad, plus a house drink. 4 of us got the Parma's and all of us were impressed by the quality of it.
