What User doesn't like about The Blue Store Hervey Bay:
Cold, reheated chips, drinks past expiry date... just awful. We took my mother in law who was visiting from out of town and were so embarrassed at how awful it was. Not going there again. View all feedback.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the fries we purchased last week. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but today they were soft and tasteless all around, with no crispiness at all. We tried to let the restaurant know multiple times, but we only received a dismissive response.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, the new owners are friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service is excellent, and the new chefs are skillful in their craft. There is a warm, family-like atmosphere when you dine here.
While the exterior may not be particularly impressive, the warm welcome and delicious, generous portion of food make this a great spot for fish and chips takeout.
You advertise you're open 24hrs... it's 9pm phone not answering message bank full? Please explain?
