Maybe the best BBQ in Utah. The owners have a BBQ restaurant across the street that's open during the tourist season; we were there during off-season and so they were serving their BBQ at this location. Ribs were beyond good, burgers are off the chart tasty, brisket salad was amazing. We ate there twice in two days just so we could try more menu items.
