I love that they are substituting the shredded cucumber in the rice bowl instead of rice or noodles. I’m also grateful they offered several different vegan items I can include in the bowl. I’m a huge, longtime Zao fan. Never been disappointed here, until tonight. Me and my wife stopped by, grabbed a couple wraps, and brought them home. Not only did they make my burrito much smaller than normal, the rice was so severely undercooked we had to keep spitting bites out because it was literally hurting our teeth to eat.
