Chris and the rest of the staff at Pizza Factory are always friendly and we receive great service. If I'm ever around central Ohio you have to try their pepperoni pizza. They do not skimp on the ingredients and you can tell. Smaller restaurant. Tighter seating. Service was okay. Wasn’t greeted. No directions. We just sat ourselves. First timer. Staff made great recommendations.
