The food at this restaurant is seriously top quality. I visited last year for breakfast and recently returned to try the cod loin, while my wife had the pork belly. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful, generous in portion size, and perfectly cooked. It's clear that everything is homemade, and it made for the best meal we've had in a long time. What rdfgherts doesn't like about Parrishes Wine:
It would be more customer friendly to have a ‘sticker’ on the menu cards (rather than re-printing the whole set of cards saying that the price of coffee (and perhaps other drinks! has been increased, rather than being told, when going to pay, “that’ll be another £1 please”, having proffered what was thought to be the correct amount. “There is a card on the end of the bar saying that prices have gone up”.
