arrived in the cross keys hotel on Friday afternoon, nice staff and was shown in our room what was very nice but a bit on the small side with just a small window! What a shame that the manager stood behind the bar the whole time . The bar staff and kitchen staff were under supported as there were several issues with the temperature of the food and we stood in the restaurant for 5 minutes before being welcomed as there was no one in sight .
