What maude latour doesn't like about Tim Horton:
I have lived in Val David for years and I have never had an experience like today! Samantha, serves me at the drive-thru and gives me my coffee but I don't give me my timbit box, I then tell her before she closes her window, that she forgot my timbits, she leaves and comes back only 5 minutes later late, telling me word for word; what's wrong, what's your problem!Very poor customer service!! Like many places nowadays understaffed. Make your coffee at home and bring a thermos.
