What Kadin Hand likes about Sucrerie du Terroir:
It was more expensive than other cabanes-du sucre in the region. But was BYOB/W which was excellent. The food was served family style and was delicious - especially the souffle style omelette and we thought we were too full for the pancakes but they were amazing. What Reva Prosacco doesn't like about Sucrerie du Terroir:
The food at this sugar bush is quite good. My main criticism, and maybe this will seem silly, is that the pancakes are not served until the end. They serve pea soup, cole slaw, cretons and bread first. This is followed by eggs in a cast iron pan with thick bacon (excellent!), sausage and potatoes.
