Edelweiss is a lovely restaurant. Great position on the slopes, has had a fabulous refurb extension and the food is generally excellent. So why my two stars ? Because we were badly let down by poor service. We had not booked but the owner manager accommodated us after a short wait. The food and service was excellent, the menu caters for all and has an extensive wine menu. Lamb was excellent. It is truly worth the visit.
