I was served by ALEJANDRO. He provided very good suggestions in English. Beher is not only known for cured ham (jamon), they also got front-leg/shoulder (paleta), lomo (loin), chorizo, sausage (salchichon), blood sausage (morcilla), etc. They use 100% pure Iberica breed, has acorn-fed (Bellota) vs fed in farms (Cebo).
