had a great breakfast this morning ordered the volcano. which was very filled! great service and pleasant atmosphere. played a mix of popular hits from the 50s. knew each song and could not help, but tap my foot on the music. View all feedback.
What Vada Hills doesn't like about Black Bear Diner Vancouver:
My mom and I shared the Chorizo burrito. It was not as flavorful as I was expecting. It was lacking in taste. Was not impressed with the hash browns much either. The fruit was ripe and yummy. The portion of the burrito is plentiful. As Black Bear is known for their serving sizes the burrito and plate as a whole did not fall short there. The did serve the burrito already split on 2 plates for us to share and I certain... View all feedback.
Absolutely wonderful! we ordered us by eating. I had the Reuben sandwich. the brot was perfectly roasted. if they taste the rich buttery taste and a beautiful crunch. the meat was super delicate. the pommes were crispy outside and soft inside. I've heated them in an air frit. my daughter had the hühnersteak benedict. she said it was delicious! Eier cooked perfectly. the flesh was tender.

Wow this is such a family friendly fantastic place to get great eating great service and great environment. eating is always top notch our server called river went over and beyond to make it even better. we're coming back!
We stayed here on Monday morning on the way out of town. it was the first time we visited a black bear diver. we were the only few in the restaurant. the atmosphere was very beautiful! I ordered the egg benedikt again with haybrown. my man has an amazing looking omelette! it was made with all breakfast meat, two cheese and vegetables. my only complaining was that my ice was boiled over and the sauce was really good and the ham was smokey and crispy. the hash-browns were my least favorites and tasted more like raw kartoffeln than hatch. Even the addition of salt and pfeffer did not help much. the orange juice was really good and the omelet was delicious.
First time here for breakfast and I order the volcano, it was a big serving. They run out of bacon and instead of asking me if I wanted something else, they just gave me extra sausage. The pancakes taste like cake, it would’ve been nice if they put that on the description, so I only ate one. Service was nice and very welcoming.
