Great job with the lunch rush in the drive through. My super-custom order was taken by Trevor who did a great job. Corinne at the window saw me check my receipt and confirmed everything was correct. Tofu was hard, chewy and dry. I didn't know you could do that to tofu but they did. Had to get new cups and silverware 3 times because they were all dirty. Ordered a cookie, cashier said they had to bake some more and they'd bring it out. After gnawing in hard tofu for 30 minutes, I asked about the cookie and the new cashier just pulls a fully frozen one out of the back and just plops it down like no big deal. I try...
