After a couple years I went back to Arc for a business lunch. The Caprese interpretation was somewhat interesting. Burrata with heirloom tomatoes (Italy) on top of avocado (Mexico), blended with Leche de Tigre (Peru) and topped with toasted rice (Asia) is a mixture that while it might sounds good just does not work.
