This place has improved quite a bit since I was there last over a year ago. Both the food and service is better – now they’re actually worth what they charge. What User doesn't like about Commercial Street Cafe:
Yikes - a quick stop-in at this cafe for breakfast and some latte's lead to one of the most shocking displays of poor customer service that I've ever encountered. The gentleman behind the counter took his precious time doing anything, despite a crowd in front of his counter. His service, when he finally deemed us worthy of it, was appalling. It was nice and cozy on a cold day, but the staff kept opening the door and letting the cold in (I understand that are warm).
