What User likes about Culinaria:
We passed this restaurant while walking the downtown area, made a reservation online, and totally enjoyed our evening (our last of 3 in Vancouver). This proved to be the best dinner we had- regardless of cost. Service was superior (especially Maude), the wine list very well chosen (all BC) and quite reasonable, and the halibut and lamb rack both perfectly prepared. What User doesn't like about Culinaria:
We visited Culinaria and understood that it was student chefs who were preparing the food. On the whole the food was pretty good, but not as good as it could have been. My wife ordered a pork chop dish and unfortunately the meat was dry and a bit overcooked. Someone else in our group ordered that same dish and this was true for her too.
