Congee and noodles are standard food for breakfast in Hong Kong. You can find this at any restaurant, café or street stall. Unfortunately in Vancouver, most Chinese restaurants don't open early. Enter Honolulu Café. It opens at 8am and for breakfast, they offer Chinese and Western set breakfast for under $7. For that you get to customize your meal by choosing a item from A and one from B.
