Yes, Ukrainian vegan options! It isn't often you find restaurants offering vegan food from this region. I'm in Vancouver on business, and I had to try it. I ordered the Ukrainian Pirogies and the Tiramisu. Very happy! I ordered the pirogies with sauerkraut. They were tender, and tasty.
