I live in Calgary and the Bun Bo Hue at Song Huong in Calgary is the best originals we'd tasted. So I decided to try the Vancouver one even though I was told it isn't that good. Well we went and tried it and it is not good at all. The flavor wasn't there, the pig feet was tough as chewing rubber.
