Most sushi places in Yaletown are on the expensive side, and in general, if the prices are cheaper, the quality suffers, but Sushi Maro hits the sweet spot where it's moderately priced, and the sushi quality is very good. Lots of variety to choose from, and it's always fresh. They do aburi pretty well too, but I think I like the aburi at Sakana, but it's not bad here. All the other rolls are delish. Went there for the first time and that's it; will never ever go back to this place! Found a big chunk of broken glass in my mouth while eating my roll!
