Recently moved into the area and discovered the BEST shakes, and my husband says BEST malts right here in Vandalia.If there is a line, don't fuss, the cashiers and prep workers have a great system, behind the curtain. The lobby was full Thursday evening when we arrived. Out in 10 minutes max! What Laboratoire Byrde SA doesn't like about Airline Dairy Creme:
Slow slow and slow 30 min wait for one hamburger and when you call they won’t answer the phone. Better to just go down the street in Tipp city to Frisch’s and get your food. Got my burger and it’s still frozen and cold so I threw it in the trash! Thanks for wasting my money and my lunch break! Good bye airline dairy your horrible now View all feedback.
Loves the friendly staff! Pretzels, tenderloin, fish, chili dogs, note and of course the ice are some of my favs!! Airline has become a regular event for our family and friends!
I love this place. I've been here since I was a little girl and now my kids can enjoy it. The staff was always friendly and more than willing to go the extra steps to make something special for my children. This place is close and love to my heart and now her. Thank you for being here.

How can you not like this place! Grew up eating here and now drive to Vandalia just to eat here! Great staff! Great food! Great ice cream!
