"Looking for restaurants in Nevers on the Internet, I saw a Facebook publication that said that the Route de la Soif with another curious name, I reserved. The facility closed VIDOC and reopened this year as Estaminet and another manager. Welcome and a very nice service. We took very good wines because the caviste atmosphere was preserved and we were advised. Content of the very short card so it means that the products are fresh and at home. However, a little disappointed because I ordered a vegetarian burger to test, the server (who was also the boss) took my order, and came back 10 minutes later to tell me that they had no soy steak while we were at the beginning of the service. I'd like him to tell me as soon as the order was made. On the other hand, he offered me an alternative with a large slice of beef heart tomato and small vegetables, but I fell on the normal burger. He was very good too, and the presentation was pretty. The dishes are a little expensive but in total I recommend because very good yet"

"What a beautiful night on the Loire. The weather was perfect so we were sat out on the terrace. The service was attentive and the food was classic and delicious. It came out very quickly too. The waiters were helpful, pointing out specialities of the restaurant. It was a wonderful restaurant. True class on the canal."
