As soon as we arrived in South Tyrol at the doors of Bressanone we decided to have lunch at the BRIMI dairy bar. Exquisite snack with fresh products (mozzarella and cheeses especially) and prices decidedly contained. The kindness of the staff (in particular of Mrs. Verena, who has always been very caring and very nice with us, trying to satisfy all our greed and always putting us at ease despite the local was always very full and his work a lot) has called us to have breakfast every morning in this bar for the duration of the stay. The brioche and sandwiches with jam are spectacular for taste and size. Milk... ça va sans dire. Fresh and tasty. At the shop you can buy fresh and tasty products to bring home, including the beautiful cups of the bar for breakfast. We will definitely return to the next stay in South Tyrol!
