Where to begin? First the guy serves me cognac in a glass with unwanted ice cubes. Then he takes it out and the cognac upon return is cold. Then the clam chowder is potato soup with warm milk and almost no visible clams. I am from New England. The crab cakes would not be allowed in Maryland.
