"Exceeded our expectations by a lot! The food tasted pretty authentic Mexican, and we had very good service. Amazing tacos and delicious steak! I wouldn't recommend the dulce tamale for desert, it was just a plain tamale with nothing in it and a mildly sweet thin drizzle on top. But I do recommend the chocolate chimichangas! Can't go wrong with the carne asada either."

"By far the best meal I have had in a long time! The Black Truffle Garlic focaccia was so good (note: I am not afraid of oil or butter). The Mixed Greens were simply wonderful. How can simple mixed greens taste so good? The Crisp Polenta with Mushroom Ragu was perfect and went so well with the Onion Crusted Short Rib with beans and kale. We also enjoyed a side of Grilled Broccolini and Roasted Mushrooms. And if that wasn't enough food we finished with the Spiced Panna Cotta and Coconut Tart. Both were very good, but the Panna Cotta was the star. I enjoyed the dessert with a decaf french press that was as good as any regular coffee I have had when out to eat. On top of the incredible food, the owner is a cool woman who noticed we were enjoying art by local Vashon artist Art Hansen, so she brought us upstairs to see more of his work. YEP... best meal and given that they don't allow tips, the price was reasonable. We will be back!"

"Absolutely incredible Mexican food. Met and exceeded all my expectations! No veggie options explicitly stated on the menu, but I asked for beans cheese rice and they delivered and incredible experience!"

"We brought out of town guests for a birthday dinner. The food was, as always, wonderful. The service was better than ever that night. We had a charming waitress who answered all questions and was extremely helpful as first time guests decided what they wanted to eat. It was a lovely evening enjoyed by everyone!"

"Food was amazing and the atmosphere is great. I had the speciality omlete which was so good, I highly recommend it. They also have a housemade raspberry jam for the toast that was excellent. Can't wait to go back."

"After lunch in Pop Pop last Friday, my wife and I held for ice on the Creameries. I was quite surprised for two reasons; (1) my pie cone was served with a hole in the cone; (2) my wife asked for her ice cream in a cup. I saw the cashier hand over the empty cup to the server and their fingers were in the cup. Very careless, as the cashier treated money. A more sanitary way to transfer the cup to the server is to store the cups upwards and touch the cup only outwards. In any case, the process must be more sanitary. Thank you."
