simply the best, I go for years and no one as nicola has been able to make improvements in the quality of the product served, every year is a surprise. the restaurants in the area, from the thermal to the vast, I know them all but nobody reaches the ozone of the peacock. the last visit was in August 2021, it was a little that I didn't go, I was amazingly surprised by its evolution. Following recommendations in travel guides and TripAdvisor we visited this nice restaurant. We are frequently in Italy and never had been treated in such a cold and distant way. My wife speaks fluently Italian but this did not help. We have ordered the menu crudo (at EUR 60 per person not really a bargain) including oysters which we did not receive.
