"We were recommended this restaurant as the top by a local resident. We went there in the evening during the first week in August without having made a booking. This meant that there was only available tables inside. We were a mixed family with ages...ranging from to Nothing was too much trouble, not even our many questions due to various culinary likes and dislikes. The service, attention to detail, the ambiance, efficiency could not be faulted. The food presentation indicated imagination and expertise in the cooking perhaps reflected in the price. There are many restaurants at Montalivet competing for one's custom. This is one at the upper end. It may not be the best culinary experience in France but for Montalivet it is very good."

"If there is a restaurant to do at the beach of Hourtin, including the grill not to mention it! First, the choice is limited MAIS that makes the art of a cook! We can't do everything, a small card is a quality pledge. The presentation is applied, in accordance with prices, home sauces are sublime and agreements are excelled (see beet and cheese). Taste a delicious snack or a homemade fish and chips without forgetting a burned cream to conclude! The staff is great, soon!"
