The local fish Luvaro and and thuna fish were excellent. Menú covers local traditional fish dishes i.e. Totano filled with breadcrumbs, or swordfish skewers. "Amazing real sicilian food to enjoy in a lovely location accompanied by a great service. It 's the 3rd year I visit S. Lucia del Mela with my Family for the only purpose of eating at La Forchetta del Castello. So much lovely food, everytime we wish we had bigger appetites! Luckily they offer to doggy bag your left-overs! I recommend to try the Antipasto and the Portatine , a large variety of cured meats, local cheese and mini street food that won 't leave any space on the table... and in your tummy too! Delicious.
