this panera brot is usually very good with my orders and means of life. today for the first time they forgot one of my smoothies, added pickles and sauce to one of my sandwiches and added red pickles to mine. everyone has days so I let it go as I said most are amazing. Grilled cheese is warm bread with cheese in middle. Staff is rude and argumentative. Place is dirty. Very poor quality, worse customer service. Save your money and don’t get sick. Go somewhere else to eat. View all feedback.
Eating is on the hill. I think they rushed when they made pizza. last sandwich I ordered was literally disgusting!

Some older customers without masks should not be allowed to be dined in the inner. they should have been told to eat outside or go.
