I ordered inside for takeout in order to use the terminal since this lets you easily do complex orders with modifications and add-on. You can order at the counter too but I think most people either do the drive-thru, order online and pick-up or do the terminal. I had no trouble with my order and like the order customization. Drive thru experience : pull up to the second window they get my order wrong no big deal I just correct them and then they hand me my order .

read moreI just went in the drive thru for an iced coffee and they have extremely excellent customer service. My iced coffee was so delicious!
