Twice I’ve used the app to order ahead. Both times, communication breakdown caused a problem. I received an app update that my samdwich was being built and I could pick up at 5pm. I waited in my car in the parking lot till that time. Just minutes before, another customer went into the store. My order had not even been started. So much for the app being helpful.
