This was some of the best oven fired pizza I've had in a long time. Delicious. And they also had good things for picky eaters like my daughter. They also have great sandwiches, my wife had a Philly cheesesteak that was divine. A definite must if you're in Vernal. View all feedback.

What Madeline Miller doesn't like about Antica Forma:
Some of the BEST pizza I have ever had (pistachio pesto pizza). Also great cheesy garlic bread. Unfortunately it had some of the worst service I have ever seen. They brought pizza with no plates to eat, didn’t check on us the whole time, no water refills, and both the pizzas we ordered are indicated to have basil on the menu and each had 1 small piece when we requested the basil they charged additionally for it.
