Vernon Grill

I think customer service was poor. I asked if they could put the cold vegs on the side. It made my hot food get cold the guy told me her couldn't. My rice was cold, I couldn't reheat it cuz the lettuce would've gotten

I decided to stop in The Vernon grill by accident About 6 months ago To pick up Lottery tickets and noticed they had a grill inside. So I decided to look at the menu and order one of their grilled signature sandwiches which was excellent. Since that day, I continue go to Go there. I find that they're food is excellent. I have never had a problem Ordering anything on their menu? It's always been delicious. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. I find that whenever I decided not to cook at home I always wind up at Vernon grill. I have found this establishment to be one that I enjoy a great deal. I continue to tell my friends and family to give it a try and they have enjoyed it very much. I have yet to have any negative experiences. I give them a 5 star rating for a fast food establishment which I have become a very satisfied customer. GREAT JOB VERNON GRILL WELL DONE

This place has come so far!! The food is amazing! The employees are even better! Maria and Sam always go above and beyond for me and others! I can not recommend this place enough!

Order was 1.5 hours late. Called restaurant 3 times to inquire- no answer. Customer service stated they would credit customer for the extensive delay, but so far they have not.
