What Kimberly Gray doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
The food is still good and the kids working inside are nice enough, but the dining room is just sad. The floors are clean, but dingy, like the mop water didn't get rinsed off well enough. Most of the dining room is blocked off leaving only a couple of tables to sit at. There is no table service as at other locations. It is just very sad looking and feeling inside. View all feedback.
