"Assa has a wonderful view on the river Loire but the view is not the most important part of your experience in Assa.We were a couple with a kid and went for the 5 courses menu, with for our 6 years old kid, a simple course with dessert. I won't describe what we ate as the menu is surprise. If you are concerned about the surprise, the waiter gives you a paper with the menu description. You can have a look at it before ordering or let the surprise catch you.Flavours were numerous, surprising and mainly delicious.Service was attentive but discrete and professional.The chef presents at least one course to each table.Compared to one star restaurants we have in Belgium, the value for the quality was very fair. We ended up with a 248 euros bills for two 5 courses menu, one meal and dessert four our daughter, juice, water and a bottle of wine.We will definitively go to Assa again if we go back to Blois!"

"The entire experience at Auberge du Bon Laboureur was sublime. The service was excellent and yet comfortable, not pretentious. We felt like we were being entertained in a private home. It was just so lovely, We took our aperitif in the bar, then moved to the dining room. There were several taster surprises from the chef. The menus was a perfect selection with an emphasis on locally sourced products. Every bite was perfection. I tried the chef’s signature dessert. It was made of parmasean cheese among other wonderful things and was served with a small lightly dressed arugula salad which perfectly balanced the tart yet rich dessert. I left the property determined to return for a longer stay and several nights in that’s restaraunt!"

"Lemi kebab very original! In general, the Ottoman makes the taff either in quality or quantity. The Ottoman offers us what we expect from a classic kebab, no more or less, without reinventing the donor. It's one of the classic blois. It's okay!"

"Discovered by chance, I don't see any fault with this restaurant, after several tries to be sure that it wasn't a fluke, Kim's box managed to make me completely addicted.. Not necessarily fond of tofu, the fried version offered in the bo bún is a pure marvel, the servers are very pleasant, for a more than reasonable price for the portion served. I will come back again and again without hesitation Vegetarian options: Not necessarily fond of tofu, the way Kim box cooks it (fried) leaves me speechless.. "Superb restaurant. Refined cuisine. The chef even comes to bring you your dishes and you can discuss cooking with him. He advises very well on the wines he knows. And a cozy family home style atmosphere where you feel good. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed."
