Newly renovated, clean and tasty. I hadn't been here since it recently reopened under new ownership and I'm so glad I did. Four of us ordered several dim sum and I was surprised how big each item was, and very tasty. It's definitely the better...choice today for dim sum in Victoria. We all agreed to return. The scallop prawn dish was so fresh and tasty. I think I'll return on my own for a few plates of just that! read more.
